Global Equity Insights Survey
The website offers the opportunity to participate in the Global Equity Insights Survey - a global survey aiming to analyze current market practice of equity-based compensation and to examine the prevalent equity-based plan designs across the world's most important economic regions. This year’s survey features questions on plan design and administration of long-term incentive plans.
The Global Equity Insights Survey was conducted for the first time in 2013 as a joint survey project of the Global Equity Organization GEO, Siemens, and hkp///. The project, now in its fourth year, is conducted annually and boasts regular participation from a selection of the most prominent companies from around the world, large and small, providing participants the latest market intelligence and practices in global long-term incentives. The team of survey partners was expanded in previous years by renowned organizations and is currently comprised of Fidelity, hkp/// group, SAP, Siemens, the University of Göttingen, Baker & McKenzie, Computershare, Equatex, and the Fellowship Program at the Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations.
Thanks to the joint contributions of the survey partner team, the questionnaire surveys highly relevant issues and as the project matures, the results become more robust and insightful, providing survey participants access to valuable information on global and regional level. The 2016 survey is open for response from December 2015 to February 2016. The first survey reports and market practice insights will be available in April 2016 at GEO’s 17th Annual Conference in Boston, 20-22 April, 2016.
All companies with long-term incentive plans in place are invited to participate in the survey and profit from the comprehensive market practice database, participation is not restricted to GEO members. To ensure high quality results, companies should identify one person to participate in the survey.
Thank you for your interest and participation in the Global Equity Insights 2016 Survey.
